Experience:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Gender Studies, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and documentation, preferably in GBV prevention, humanitarian programming, or women’s rights initiatives.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Must have proven skills in KOBO tools design, data analysis, data sorting, data presentation, and report generation.
Experience with digital data collection tools and M&E software is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
Ability to travel frequently to project sites.
About the Project
Unnayan Sangha (US), in partnership with UNFPA and the Global Women’s Institute (GWI) of George Washington University, is implementing an ECHO-funded pilot project to prevent Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (SEAH) in humanitarian settings. The initiative focuses on proactive prevention, risk mitigation, and women-led safe programming to foster safer environments for aid workers and affected populations.
Project Title: Stopping Harm Before It Happens: A Knowledge Platform for SEAH Prevention Practices

Key Responsibilities
The Documentation and M&E Officer will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for project activities.
Collecting, analyzing and reporting data on SEAH prevention interventions.
Documenting lessons learned, promising practices, and case studies for dissemination.
Supporting the preparation of learning briefs, reflection workshops and national/global learning events.
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective monitoring and reporting systems.
Developing IEC/SBCC materials and supporting awareness campaigns and community dialogues.
Ensuring compliance with donor reporting requirements and UNFPA standards.
