About the Project
Unnayan Sangha (US) is a non-government, non-political and non-profitable organization working since 1980 to serve the socio-economically disadvantaged people for their socio-financial and cultural development expecting their better and prosperous life. The organization has been implementing “Socio Economic Empowerment with Dignity and Sustainability (SEEDS) ” Project at Islampur and Dewangonj and Sadar upazila under Jamalpur district in partnership with Stromme Foundation Bangladesh. The project focuses on empowering extreme poor households through improved agriculture, income generation, education, health, nutrition, and life skills development ensuring sustainable livelihoods and community resilience with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
The Field Facilitator will be responsible for:
Engage with target households and community groups to implement project activities effectively.
Facilitate training sessions on agriculture, nutrition, livelihood skills, and awareness programs.
Collect field-level data, monitor progress and prepare regular reports for project management.
Identify local challenges faced by farmers and communities, and support practical solutions.
Coordinate with project staff, local government and partner organizations for smooth implementation.
Assist in organizing workshops, campaigns and community dialogues on socio-economic empowerment.
Guide women, youth, and marginalized groups to access project services and livelihood opportunities.
Promote climate-resilient practices and sustainable food systems at the community level.
Salary Range: 24500 (According to project and Organization Policy)
