Experience:

• Masters

• Master’s Degree in Social Science (LL.M, MSS) from a reputed university

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At least 27 years

• Strong communication through English and reporting skills

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in human rights monitoring or related field

Additional Requirements (Both Positions):

• Willingness to travel frequently (field visits approximately every 10 days)

Manabadhikar Shongskriti Foundation (MSF), a national human rights organization, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the Defending Human Rights Through Network Strengthening (DHRNS) Project.

Job Details:

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Job Location: Dhaka (with frequent field visits)

Employment Status: Contractual (01 July 2026 – 31 December 2026), renewable based on the donor funding

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document human rights violations

• Conduct field visits and collect data

• Prepare reports and case documentation

• Support fact-finding and advocacy initiatives

• Support protest, press conferences, and public engagement

Salary: BDT 34,000 (Monthly, tax-free)

Salary is fully take-home (no tax deduction) plus 2 festival allowances based on MSF HR Policy

Weekend: Friday & Saturday
