• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

• Ability to operate personal motorcycles in an efficient manner with valid motorcycle license

• They must have smart phone (android) and be familiar with KOBO.

• We prefer candidates from their respective districtic.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a non-profit or research-based organization.

• Practical knowledge of using digital monitoring tools (KOBO) and field data collection.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

Job Summary:

The Election Violence Study Officer (EVSO) will be responsible for field-level monitoring, documentation using digital tools (KOBO), and reporting on election-related violence and irregularities across Bangladesh. The position requires field visits and close coordination with community stakeholders to ensure ethical and accurate data collection.

Recruitment will be held based on the availability of funds and NGOAB Approval

Name of Project: Election Violence Study Project (EVSP)

Contract Duration: 3 months from December 2025 to February 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document incidents of election-related violence and irregularities.

• Collect and verify data using KOBO Toolbox.

• Ensure neutrality, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all activities.

Salary: BDT 40,000/- per month plus Travel and Perdiem
