∎ Proficiency in documentation tools such as:
∎ o Microsoft Office, Google Work space
∎ o Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation platforms·
∎ Experience using version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket·
∎ Familiarity with software development concepts (e.g., REST APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms)·
∎ Understanding of programming languages like (Python, JavaScript, Java, Flutter, SQL) is a plus·
∎ Understanding of OOP concept.·
∎ Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
∎ Excellent command of the English language (grammar, structure, tone)
∎ Ability to explain complex technical concepts
∎ Strong editing and proofreading skills.
∎ Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, PMs, and QA.
∎ Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
∎ Understanding of versioning, changelogs, and release documentation
