Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Communication Engineering
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment work flows.
Good technical knowledge of networking, APIs, SDKs, servers, and basic IT infrastructure.
Experience coordinating with developers, QA, support teams, and engaging with external clients or government entities (preferred).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
Proven capability to oversee projects end-to-end with defined timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities & Context:
Project Rollout & Deployment
- Plan and execute rollout strategies for digital solutions.
- Coordinate deployment phases, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Oversee configuration, integration, and technical onboarding for clients.
Operations & Monitoring
- Track post-deployment performance, identify issues, and ensure smooth functioning of live projects.
- Conduct user training, documentation handover, and operational SOP implementation.
- Assist in UAT, pilot launches, and full-scale rollouts.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the operations point-of-contact for government agencies, enterprises, and partners.
Technical Coordination
- Work with development teams to resolve technical issues, bugs, or integration challenges.
- Translate operational challenges into actionable technical feedback.
- Support quality assurance for new product features before rollout.
