• Masters/Bachelor in any discipline.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 06 years' working experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.    
• Minimum 02 years' working experience as an Area Manager. 

Additional Requirement  

• Strong computer skills, time-management, organizational and planning skills.
• Proven high-level sales, sales management, and marketing skills.     
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and present to the customers.

• Candidates should be capable to manage a sales team/outsourcing sales team also should have experience to the related field.

• Should have vast experience of working in the different areas of Dhaka city.

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of assigned area and territory.

• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.

• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

• Ensuring the proper utilization of the resources through team members.

• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
