● 7+ years in software development, 3+ years as Tech Lead/Architect.
● Leading and mentoring a team of Java developers and others
● Expert backend proficiency (adapting to product needs).
● Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
● Deep cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps mastery (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
● Solid frontend architecture knowledge.
● Strong in API design, security, performance optimization.
● Highly adaptable, excellent problem-solver.
● Experience with various databases (SQL/NoSQL).
● Exceptional communication skills.
● Bachelor's in CSE preferred (portfolio can substitute).

Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role: Join Betopia Group's Product Team as a foundational Tech Lead/Software Architect. Lead development for diverse, client-driven solutions. This is your chance to shape our technical culture from scratch, build scalable SaaS products, and directly impact client value.
Key Responsibilities:
● Architect & Design: Define core backend/frontend architecture for new SaaS products (modularity, scalability).
● Technical Leadership: Own technical decisions, code reviews, and standards across diverse projects.
● Client-Centric Development: Translate client needs into robust technical plans.
● Team Mentorship: Guide and grow a new team of backend/frontend developers.
● DevOps & Cloud: Oversee infrastructure, CI/CD, security on AWS/GCP/Azure.
● System Integration: Manage integrations with various third-party services.
