Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our call center operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high-quality service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of call center agents.

  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, call scripts, and service standards.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new call center staff.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.

  • Promote and sell courses via inbound and outbound calls.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Maintain and update customer data in our CRM/database.
