Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our call center operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high-quality service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of call center agents.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies, call scripts, and service standards.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new call center staff.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.
Promote and sell courses via inbound and outbound calls.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Maintain and update customer data in our CRM/database.
