Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Since/Anthropology or any other relevant subject from a recognized university.
∎ Education qualifications will be relaxed for qualified candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall implementation of different projects on equality and non-discrimination particularly focusing on the rights of the gender-diverse community, supervising and directing the implementation and monitoring of project activities; identifying and addressing challenges.
∎ Reportable to and accountable to the Deputy Director (Programme), and Honorary Executive Director.
∎ Communication with concerned government agencies, donors, and civil society.
∎ Addressing and convening networking meetings, seminars, training, and workshops.
∎ Designing and editing project reports and workshop or event reports, as well as advocacy reports.
∎ Communications with the media as required.
∎ Engage with the training cell to support the development of training materials and programs for the implementation of training.
∎ Assist the advocacy cell to develop targeted advocacy plans and to connect project stakeholders with various program opportunities.
∎ Support the monitoring cell to develop context-specific indicators to capture lessons learned and achievements of the project.
∎ Support legal cell with ensuring quick deployment of legal support to gender-diverse communities and to ensure reporting of such cases is documented by the sub-grantees.
∎ Work with the grants management officer to ensure regular collection of sub-grantee reports from gender-diverse community organizations and provide feedback and support where necessary.
∎ Review the activities planned under SCG provide guidance to the individual project teams on the overall implementation of project activities, and give instructions on the implementation modality.
∎ Lead the SCG teams in the preparation of their monthly/quarterly/annual activity plans.
∎ Advise SCG core team members on identifying specific challenges at the community level and the changes that need to be made to overcome these, and guide the teams on how to better address such challenges and effect change.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Management position in an NGO or development sector.
∎ Specialized Knowledge: Program planning, designing, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, advocacy, networking, documentation, presentation, and communication & coordination.
∎ Proven experience in Partnership Management, Financial Management, Project planning, designing, implementation, and monitoring.
∎ Proven experience in project progress tracking, capturing success stories and best practices of the project, and report writing skills.
∎ Skills: Development-related knowledge, community mobilization & coordination with different levels of Local Govt. Organizations and other stakeholders.
∎ Competencies: Working knowledge of Project/Programme planning & budgeting, Implementation, monitoring & reporting, networking & advocacy, sound computer knowledge, spoken and written in English and Bangla, and working for team building.
∎ Literacy Competency: Good both in Bangla and English in oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy: Sound knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Act always in accordance with the Code of Conduct
∎ Demonstrate honesty and a high level of integrity.
