Experience:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Media & Journalism, Information Technology (IT), Peace and Conflict Studies, Human Rights, Social Work, or any relevant Social Science discipline from a reputed university.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional experience in the NGO sector, specifically focusing on youth mobilization, digital campaign management, or technical training delivery.
Proven expertise in digital content creation (smartphone storytelling, video editing, graphic basics) and handling online communities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both English and Bangla.
Must be willing to travel intensively to rural field locations.
Strong commitment to institutional safeguarding policies (Gender, Child Protection, PSH).
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years. However, age and educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Anandalok Trust for Education and Development, a charitable and non-profit organization registered in 2017, aims to develop enlightened, critically aware and skilled human resources for a more humane, equitable and just society in Bangladesh. Anandalok Trust is going to implement a project titled "Empowering young and adult multipliers for advancing human rights, gender equality and social inclusion in Bangladesh" (short: AHIMSA) supported by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice. The project will be implemented in Jhenaidah and Kushtia districts. Anandalok Trust is looking for a highly transparent, meticulous, and professional individual for the following position:
Job Nature: Full-time (Contractual); Direct reportable to Executive Director.
Job Location: Dhaka (with regular and intensive travel to remote project fields)
Responsibility:
The Technical Officer will provide specialized technical, digital, and content-driven inputs for the AHIMSA project. The primary focus includes establishing and moderating the youth-centric online 'Peace Multiplier Platform', driving social media campaigns, designing multimedia/IEC materials, and training school students/youth networks on Forum Theatre (street drama) and digital mobilization under the technical oversight of the Executive Director/Project Manager.
Specific Responsibilities:
Establish, maintain, and moderate the youth-centric online 'Peace Multiplier Platform' to facilitate strategic knowledge sharing among young human rights defenders (HRDs).
Lead digital campaign strategies and content creation (videos, infographics, social messaging) for platforms to structurally promote social inclusion and gender justice.
Facilitate and coordinate specialized hand-on capacity building trainings for school Student Forums on Forum Theatre (street drama) and organize youth groups for field performances.
Support the implementation of self-defense training programs for girls and monitor student-led awareness campaigns in 32 high schools.
Assist the project team in drafting, designing, and distributing creative IEC materials including leaflets, posters, photo-books, and campaign tools.
Conduct regular advisory field visits to schools, youth networks, and CSOs to monitor and log technical progress.
Organize joint networking workshops between local cultural/theatre groups and school representatives at the field level.
Provide necessary technical assistance to ensure proper institutional safeguarding protocols across all community digital networks.
Design and conduct hands-on training sessions on Digital Content Creation & Smartphone Storytelling for youth network members and Student Forums to capture rights-based visual
narratives.
Deliver specialized trainings and orientations on the Peace Multiplier Platform functionality and Cyber Safety to ensure secure online engagement for young multipliers.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Gross Salary: 47,000 BDT including PF.
Festival Bonus: 01 per fiscal year (pro-rata basis) equivalent to one month's gross salary.
Gratuity: 01 per fiscal year as per organizational rules equivalent to one month's gross salary.
Other Benefits: Fringe benefits as per institutional policies.
