Experience:

This position will provide support for managing all information regarding HDC activities, ensure correlation between databases and assessment data. Specialist, IM and Documentation is also bound to maintain the documentation of the update and outcomes of each spatial activities under the project document.
Development of database, platforms, and products that will inform the implemented programs.
Support in updating spatial database as needed per project need
Ensure accurate linkages between spatial databases and assessment data;
Ensures that the produced database and reports meet the requirements of BRAC and other agencies
Conceptualize methodologies for collecting data in the field, as according to the needs;
Organize and supervise data collection field missions;
Monitor accuracy of data collection process as well as database;
Create, manage, update, deploy and maintain Kobo questionnaires for all types of data collection.
Maintain, update and expand GIS system from automated data analysis and map production for factsheets
Create and update camp factsheets for areas of analysis across project area
Contribute to the reports – monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual, etc – with feedback, and visuals as needed
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
