  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Operations, or Enterprise Solution Selling.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.

  • Direct experience in Odoo ERP sales will be considered a significant advantage.

  • Proven experience in corporate sales and business development.

  • Strong experience in handling large corporate clients and key accounts.

  • Experience in ERP, SaaS, software, technology solutions, or digital transformation sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

Zencore Solutions Limited is looking for an experienced and results-oriented GM, Business Development to lead business growth, sales operations, enterprise client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in B2B sales, technology solution selling, ERP sales, and managing large corporate accounts. Candidates with hands-on experience in selling Odoo ERP will receive preference.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Lead the overall sales function and achieve revenue, profitability, and business expansion targets.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and corporate clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities across various industries and market segments.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close high-value business deals.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

  • Drive ERP, software solutions, and digital transformation sales initiatives.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, commercial offers, and solution presentations.

  • Manage strategic accounts and ensure long-term client retention and growth.

  • Collaborate with technical, implementation, finance, and operations teams to deliver customer requirements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales and business development team
