Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Team Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance and secure SaaS Applications with responsibilities as below:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of backend services using NestJS, following modular monolithic or hybrid microservice architecture patterns.
- Apply advanced TypeScript features and OOP principles, maintainable and extensible codebases.
- Drive architectural discussions and implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles for scalability and maintainability.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in database schema design and query optimization, particular experience on PostgreSQL, MongoDB, TypeORM.
- Design and implementation of event-driven systems using RabbitMQ/Kafka and patterns like Outbox/Inbox for decoupled service communication.
- Build scalable Redis caching layers, enhance application responsiveness and support high-concurrency workloads.
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline integration, ensure efficient Docker containerization and reliable deployment on AWS Managed services, demonstrating skills with Kubernetes (K8s) and robust system monitoring.
