- Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, preferably in SaaS or ERP solutions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both UX process and UI execution.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead the end-to-end product design process — from user research and concept ideation to wireframes, prototypes and final UI designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and component libraries.
- Transform complex workflows into simple, intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
- Apply best practices for UI/UX, accessibility and responsive design.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
