Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in the design and development of a SaaS-based ERP platform. The position will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring efficient, scalable and user-friendly ERP solutions across Finance, HR, Supply Chain and CRM modules.
- Analyze and streamline business processes, workflows, and ERP gaps.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Process model using BPMN/UML and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Support ERP configuration, UAT, SOP preparation and end-user training.
- Monitor system performance, collect feedback and propose enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and cloud governance in all ERP processes.
