Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the front-end development and implementation of complex and critical user interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
∎ Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-fidelity, responsive, and accessible web components.
∎ Champion best practices in front-end development, focusing on code quality, performance optimization and maintainability with a strong emphasis on visual accuracy and user experience.
∎ Develop and maintain reusable, well-documented, and scalable React components and front-end libraries that adhere to our design system.
∎ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and identify potential implementation challenges early in the development process.
∎ Optimize front-end performance for maximum speed and scalability across a wide range of devices and browsers which are typical in ERP environments.
∎ Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React, front-end development and critical design principles.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a seamless and polished user experience.

You will work at the intersection of design and development, translating complex UI/UX designs into high-performing, maintainable, and visually stunning web interfaces.
