BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Alternate Banking Channels Division:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new agent relationships adhering with set guidelines of Agent Acquisition and AB Outlet expansion plan.
Responsible for business target (asset & liability) and Agent acquisition in the Division/District level.
Strategically direct customer supporting campaign management and marketing operations.
Visit and assess prospective Agent Banking Outlet locations.
Visit Agent Banking Outlets to maintain and manage regular contact with agents and customers to ensure Due Diligence of agent and customer.
Support special project team.
Head responsibility for monitoring AROs/AREs KPIs under areas concerned.
Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports and legal actions of the AB Outlets under their supervision by following up with the ARO/ARE.
Ensure smooth business operation at assigned Agent Banking Outlets maintaining compliance.
Follow-up day to day activities if assigned Agent Banking outlet (s) and correspond with head Office regarding any operational issues.
Build and maintain effective business relationships with stakeholders.
Promote banking products and services to potential customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities to achieve the sales targets.
Conduct a customer awareness program, promotional activities and meetings in the assigned area to achieve business targets.
Visit assigned Agent Banking Outlets frequently and update outlet monitoring report/module.
Ensure necessary operational and system related training for Agent Field officers.
Analyze AB Outlets business data to find most efficient sales methods for a sustainable business growth and agent earnings.
Communication with corresponding branches and SME unit office
