Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in CSE from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure reliability of Internet service for Customers.
∎ Configure, troubleshooting, upgrade and maintain all kind of server.
∎ Adds and maintains users on the network, assigning application access, bandwidth manage and maintaining their configurations are within standards.
∎ Provide technical support to Network Operations, service system issues and various customer service issues.
∎ Monitoring total system as well as network traffic and maintaining network equipment.
∎ Install and integrate new hardware and application.
∎ Provide support, identify the problem's root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Engage in regular network troubleshooting activities and resolve network connectivity issues
∎ Ensure service by communicating with UP stream provider
∎ Direct requests for unresolved issues to the designated resource.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
∎ Identify problems and recommend system improvements to improve technical performance and services.
∎ Monitor and report 24X7 internet service
∎ Updates server and router logs documenting changes in the system and network configuration and all logical configuration backup maintaining.
∎ Recommend replacement of obsolete or damaged or upgrade equipment.
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
∎ Record details of actions taken
∎ Maintain real-time communication and update team members about the service interruption and other issues
∎ Instant report to supervisor and key persons who are related in the same working domain.

∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of ISP.
