Job Context:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound NOC Executive. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting and ISP infrastructure management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot client-side connectivity and network issues (MikroTik, ONU, OLT).

• Configure and maintain routers, switches and FTTH devices.

• Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve downtime and performance issues.

• Maintain documentation and logs of technical incidents and actions taken.

• Support field engineers remotely and escalate critical issues when necessary.

• Maintain high network availability and ensure proper routing and switching.

• Monitoring field technician activities and daily task updates.

• Ensure proper allocation and closing of technical tickets/calls.

• Prepare shift base report and technician activities.

• Regular feedback collect from client and resolve issues.
