Job Context:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound NOC Executive. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting and ISP infrastructure management.

Job Responsibilities:

·Troubleshoot client-side connectivity and network issues (MikroTik, ONU, OLT).

·Configure and maintain routers, switches and FTTH devices.

·Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve downtime and performance issues.

·Maintain documentation and logs of technical incidents and actions taken. 

·Support field engineers remotely and escalate critical issues when necessary.

· Maintain high network availability and ensure proper routing and switching.

· Monitoring field technician activities and daily task updates.

· Ensure proper allocation and closing of technical tickets/calls.

· Prepare shift base report and technician activities.

· Regular feedback collect from client and resolve issues.
