Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or CSE
∎ Professional Certification: RHCE/RHCVA/RHCA/CCNA/CCNP/CEH or similar certifications is mandatory
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mange, Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
∎ Installing servers and configuring hardware, applications, services and storage in accordance with best practices and project/operational requirements
∎ Installing new software releases, evaluating and installing patches
∎ Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
∎ Creating and maintaining install and configuration procedures/operational manuals
∎ Manage installs, configuration and monitoring of servers
∎ Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and validate support requirements
∎ Support and maintain internal services
∎ Perform daily system monitoring, including verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes; reviewing system and application logs; and verifying completion of scheduled jobs, such as backups
∎ Deploy and Manage ISP servers as well as Network
∎ Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge on Open source Cloud setup and management
∎ Good knowledge on Storage, backup and data management
∎ Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
∎ Strong knowledge of different services like Haprxy, postfix, DNS, web hosting etc
∎ Strong knowledge of metro wifi services
∎ Knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies
∎ Clear understanding of different routing protocol like BGP, OSPF etc
∎ Clear Understanding of IPv4 and IPv6, MPLS, VPN, IPSEC, PPPOE, Radius etc
∎ Strong problem solving and structuring skills
∎ Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Proven ability to make good decisions in a fast-moving environment
∎ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
∎ Capable of big picture thinking while delivering on the details
∎ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
