System Analyst, Software Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze range of data processing problems
∎ Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
∎ Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
∎ Controls solution by establishing specifications.
∎ Validates results by testing programs.
∎ Understand user requirements and procedures
∎ Ensures operation by providing support and training to client's personnel.
∎ Develop solutions for complex business problems requiring ingenuity and innovation that serve as a business platform for the end-to-end support and provide a competitive advantage for the business.
∎ Work with business and technical resources to ensure all projects meet strategic objectives.
∎ Translate business needs into technical solutions and define solutions to business problems through reasoned application of information technology.
∎ Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the portfolio/project.
∎ Determine cost, timetable, and compatibility for new systems
∎ Business Systems Analysis and Quality Management
∎ Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Proven ability to make good decisions in a fast moving environment
∎ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature
Salary:
