∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office) and Demra (Factory Office)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a challenging position reporting to the AGM (IT).
∎ EMC Storage Management
∎ VMware / ESXi hosts Management
∎ CISCO, Mikrotic Router Management
∎ Sophos Firewall Management including End point protection
∎ LAN, WAN, Layer3 Switch, Data Tunneling, Network Segmenting, Internet, Intranet, VPN
∎ Active Directory, Exchange Server, DNS Server, other Microsoft Products, Linux based servers
∎ IP Telephony System
∎ Ensuring highest level availability of System, Infrastructure and Security
∎ Providing onsite or remote support in the required areas as and when required or as instructed by the management
∎ Performing any other IT related task as may be required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should have at least 5 - 7 years of practical experience
∎ To remain ready for extra hours of works if required.
∎ Must possess the attitude to provide instant solution, should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines, should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, understand user technical requirements & network problems, be honest, responsible, dedicated, and innovative.
∎ Communicate with Management, IT Team, Other Functional Departments and External providers such as ISPs, Vendors, and Suppliers etc.
∎ Age may be relaxed in deserving cases.
