∎ B.Sc. Engineer (Mechanical / Industrial)

∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a challenging position reporting to the Executive Director (Technical). The major responsibilities are-
∎ The candidates must have through knowledge of:
∎ General Workshop machinery, machine shop and fabrication works related to steel structure of various types,
∎ Knowledge of implementation of BMRE glass industry, structural design and fabrication according to CAD drawings, water treatment plant, and different types of water pumps etc.
∎ Some basic knowledge of civil works will be added advantage.
∎ Be able to plan schedules for maintenance & overhauling gas generators, compressors etc. and assist in preventive maintenance of glass making machines.
∎ Must have worked in modern centrifugal air compressors and power generation system by use of gas generators up to 1 MW.
∎ Must have ability to design and implement steam, gas and water line, compressed air lines etc.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Electrical power distribution system and its components (large transformer, HT-LT panel, electrical boosting system) for supplying power to various machines from own generation and also from Govt. / PDB power source.
∎ Should have basic knowledge & supervising ability of instrumentation & process automation system.
∎ Knowledge of glass Mould / other types of Mould preferred.
∎ Practical knowledge of CAD is essential (CAD 2015, 2 D essential & 3D preferable).
∎ Ability to work in a highly automated ISO certified industry, be proactive & result orientated within target time set for all works.
∎ Ability to understand critical spare parts of all equipment under control & order with optimum stock level.
∎ Be able to coordinate among all services & production departments
∎ Periodic/Occasional duties:
∎ Must be aware of / worked in issues of environment control system, Fire & safety hazard and compliance with ISO, FSSC, GMP standards.
∎ Goal setting of assigned Department, monitor progress and performance evaluation of the employees periodically.
∎ Work in coordination with outside govt. agencies like DOE, BERC, Titas gas, Others as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 20 years of Industrial experience out of which at least 5-7 years' experience in glass industry preferably.
∎ Having Proficiency in communicative English and should be able to work in a computer network environment with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
∎ Should also have excellent Interpersonal skills.
∎ Age Limit: 45 to 50 years; but it may be relax able for exceptionally deserving candidates.
