Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
∎ Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting and Microsoft Windows server .
∎ Experience in Linux system and Database administration.
∎ Experience with shell scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Bash, Python).
∎ Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.
∎ Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
∎ Familiarity with server virtualization and cloud platforms (National Data Center (NDC) Cloud, AWS, Azure, Oracle etc.).
∎ Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
∎ Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and security practices.
∎ Experience with a programming or scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash).
∎ Proven experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
∎ Certification(s) in CCNA, RHCSA, RHCSE, OCP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified will be given preferred.
∎ Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk, or New Relic).
∎ Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, LibreNMS, or Prometheus.
∎ Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana , Kibana ,Power BI etc.
∎ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) is must.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Large Scale Project infrastructure with Microservice Architecture based server management.
∎ Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software deployment.
∎ Design and management cloud infrastructure , monitoring and optimization (National Data Center (NDC) Cloud, AWS, Azure, Oracle etc.).
∎ Work with Kong Gateway for API Manager , Keycloak, WSO2 for SSO.
∎ Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, availability, and reliability issues using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
∎ Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the deployment process.
∎ Participate in implementing security best practices and compliance requirements in the DevOps lifecycle.
∎ Contribute to system backups, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
∎ Document processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
∎ Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of databases.
∎ VMWare, vSphere, ESXi, resource pools, VMFS, and virtual switching.
∎ Develop and maintain data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
∎ Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux Server, and server hardware.
∎ Server systems architecture, performance, and tuning.
∎ Storage architecture including iSCSI, LUNs, NFS, and RAID.
∎ Implement and manage Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
∎ Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) solutions.
∎ In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, firewalls, routers and Switch, printers.
∎ Performing multiple tasks concurrently and responding to emergency situations effectively.
∎ Managing database access and permissions. Ensuring that databases meet users’ requirements.
∎ Backup and recovery procedures.
∎ Design and develop databases to support the organization's applications and business operations.
