∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Science, Engineering, Information Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware Engineer, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System, System Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate head office and also other sister concerns.
∎ Direct, manage and motivate the team for supporting multiple customers.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of related modern technologies.
∎ Must have the ability to manage hardware & network teams at an advanced level.
∎ Maintain a central repository of all Hardware & software products held by OWNER.
∎ Network Management, Maintaining & troubleshooting core data center networking, LAN, WAN, CCTV.
∎ Diagnosing problems encountered on the Network usage, which may be due to any Hardware / Software parameters.
∎ Identifying & troubleshooting problems related to cabling, connectivity, hardware, replacement of faulty hardware
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting of Internet proxy device (UTM) & wireless LAN & wireless controllers.
∎ Installing, updating, configuring, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting software products with optimization on servers, Desktops, Terminals, peripherals, and printers.
∎ Implementation of software change in any machine arising due to Moves, Adds, Changes & Upgrades of Hardware.
∎ Provide online applications support to end-users. Provide Help Desk for monitoring user calls related to problems in hardware-software etc. coordinate with Hardware Maintenance Engineer to get Hardware Related problems resolved.
∎ Engineers shall also render services not specifically mentioned above but are necessary support to the OWNER IT team for their IT-related activities.
∎ Manage & Implement ISO-27001, ISO-9001 standard document.
∎ Installation, configuration, updating, troubleshooting of information security-related tools i.e. DLP, Encryption, end-point backup on desktop/laptop.
∎ Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of any other operations management tools used by OWNER.
∎ Maintain all reports, and documents for all systems, operations & changes
∎ Maintaining checklists/templates for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report
∎ Monitor & report performance issues to the OWNER IT team.
∎ Resolve performance issues if any.
∎ Prepare documentation with respect to processes, policies, guidelines, checklists, and work instructions as instructed by the OWNER IT team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
∎ Knowledge of client/server hardware and software configuration
∎ Windows system administration and working experience on AD.
∎ Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
∎ Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
∎ Experience with scripting and automation tools
∎ Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
∎ Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
∎ Knowledge of Linux & Windows, Information security, cloud, Mac, Cisco, MicroTik, networking, Scripting, programming, clustering, High availability, fault-tolerance, and storage backup.
∎ Need to have strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, especially when problems arise.
∎ Ability to manage multiple troubleshooting at the same time and capability to work independently.
∎ Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
∎ Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
∎ Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
∎ Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
∎ Time management skills, Strong interpersonal and communications skills, Strong strategic thinking ability along with good analytical skills, networking skills, and must be a Team Player.
∎ Must have nice communication skills as per IT company standards.

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
