Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in CSE/EEE from reputed public or private university/Or any equivalent degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides software related client support & solutions through identifying problems' root causes and design solutions accordingly as per the SLA with the client/partner.
∎ Receives application support requests and complaints from users over the phone, online or directly face to face.
∎ Keeps record of support and complaint details after providing solutions in system/online directory/ manually
∎ Repairs and recovers hardware or software failures at primary level and simultaneously coordinates and communicates with concerned authorities and escalates issues for second and third level support.
∎ Installs and configures computer hardware, software solutions, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Provides user acceptability training of the software in a constructive manner.
∎ Performs other duties assigned by Supervisors and Management as and when required.?
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience in Software & Hardware Support in post implementation phase as well as maintenance period
∎ Needs to have customer centricity and adaptable to different personality types.
∎ Domain software knowledge in Health Tech Solutions will be an added advantage.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may arise while maintaining a team.
∎ Good verbal communication skills.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill.
∎ The candidate should have a teamwork mindset.
∎ Punctuality is essential.
∎ This position will be located at Sylhet; hence residents of Sylhet division are more encouraged to apply
Salary: Negotiable
