Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and supervise daily outlet floor activities.
Ensure smooth operation of the sales floor.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for timely product replenishment.
Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance.
Monitor product expiry dates and ensure quality control.
Assist in promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
Handle opening and closing of the store.
Ensure safety and security of store assets and employees.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Reduce wastage, shrinkage, and stock loss.
Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support higher management in decision-making and problem-solving.
