Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Minimum 05 years experience in footwear and leather goods Industries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To set up the line as per layout sheet.
∎ • To check first production and daily output and to make sure the quality.
∎ • To balance the absenteeism from existing manpower.
∎ • To ensure the best quality and find out the root cause of defects.
∎ • Find out the bottleneck and solve instantly.
∎ • To check the Issue for all worker as per daily requirement.
∎ • Train the weak operators for improvement.
∎ • Have to ensure the proper utilization for man, machine & materials.
∎ • To maintain and establish the HR rules and regulations.
∎ • Responsible for all fit, construction and technical related efforts from development to production.
∎ • Advice/help the QC team and factories to solve production issues.
∎ • Maintain proper target ratio.
∎ • Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ • Supervise & monitor day to activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to handle multiple line at a time
∎ Please do not apply any non footwear candidates
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
