  • Expertise in inclusion, exclusion and investment regarding Provident Fund, the various laws and regulations which apply to them.

  • Candidate must have great communication skills to educate employees about their benefits.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervising employees with enrollment in provident fund benefits program.

  • Keeping employee benefits records up to date.

  • Conducting presentations and meetings to explain benefits to employees and Management.

  • Liaising with service providers relating to the coordination of audits, meeting with the trust deed committee, presentation of investment proposals, and others according to service agreement.

  • Answering the questions or concerns from employees about their benefits.

  • Review the PF calculations in final settlements and process its payment accordingly.

  • Accounting the total cost to the company of the benefits options.

  • Coordinating with payroll, preparation of provident fund reports, forwarding to finance and Management for necessary action.

  • Ensuring that the company`s provident fund policy complies with local laws and regulations.

  • Informing employees of any changes to their benefits.

  • Schedule meetings with the trust deed committee according to the frequency established in the PF rules.

  • Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
