Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies

• Day by day must review the network and the hardware related to the datacenter.

• Work in high with specialized network and elevation tools.

• Ability to analyze complex network problems, propose effective solutions.

• Properly identification of Major problems in the network and escalate on time to the network administrator.

Reporting to the IT Network Infrastructure Administrator, The IT Infra Technician will perform all hardware installations for WAN / LAN /WLAN network connections, included but not limited to Ethernet, Fiber Optic, PPP Wireless. Also, will perform the certification of the installations, following all Gildan standards and world class best practices, also will perform installation for any audio/video devices, and will provide preventive and corrective maintenance to the to hardware level into Datacenters, Telecom Centers and LAN, WAN, WLan networks. Provide end user support.

• LAN / WLAN: Ethernet and APs, new installations, re-allocations, decommission of installations

• WAN: Fiber and PPPWireless, Backbone links, uplinks, air/underground new installations, re-allocations, decommission of installations

• Other minor installations: Industrial, cctv, serial etc…

• Pipes/Trays installation for main paths.

• Corrective actions: recertification, reparations and replacements,

• Preventive: planned recertification, reparations and replacements.

• Minor fixes to hardware installations

• Corrective actions: recertification, reparations and replacements to hardware parts.

• Preventive: planned recertification, reparations and replacements to hardware parts.

• Provide record for each certification to the Network Infra Admin.

• Provide the record of the physical location of each network drop to the Network Infra Admin.

• Support any audio and video installation

• Support CCTV and security installations

• Provide the record of the physical location of each network drop to the Network Infra Admin.

• Provide desktop remote and desk side support services to internal customers;
