∎ Reduce Breakdown time and achieve maximum efficiency from every equipment’s.
∎ Achieving excellence through best maintenance of machinery and equipment, CTQ & Safety Compliance, continuous learning, knowledge sharing and discipline/following code of conduct.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to understand all kind of Mechanical drawing, find out the problem & should be solved the problem.
∎ Should be attend all kinds of break down maintenance.
∎ Practical knowledge about maintenance activity. Strong leadership power to monitor & control his subordinate.
∎ About working knowledge & experience of mechanical maintenance
∎ Clear knowledge about preventive, breakdown, schedule & annual maintenance.
∎ Maintain ISO system for maintenance department.
∎ About working knowledge & experience of WTP, Chiller, Compressor, Different type pump maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Experience in cable industry
∎ Maintain all departmental reports, maintain logbook and follow the schedule maintenance
∎ Relevant practical Knowledge, about, production process, machine maintenance procedure, and machine operating process.
