Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly, safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Prepare distribution budget for inventory and distribution points and monitor/ control department's expenses
∎ Local supplier development for production consumable items and ensure cost effective procurement with CS analysis and recommendations.
∎ Supervise and administrate overall activities of the factory warehouse and distribution to ensure proper and timely delivery of Finished goods to the customer(s) in a cost-effective manner including safety and security.
∎ Prepare a better route plan for the delivery vehicle for cost-effective distribution.
∎ Manage and plan Countrywide SDP (Sales and Distribution Points) the Distribution for smoother availability of Products.
∎ Receive & complete the inventory of products released from port and from Factory after production.
∎ Prepare inventory report daily basis and do a physical inspection Monthly, Quarterly and yearly.
∎ Manage transport and movement to be recorded and the Issue bill and demand.
∎ Update stock in Data Management System as follow on Factory CKD/SKD, Finished Good and Countrywide Store.
∎ Inventory management by maintaining FIFO with proper Stock Ageing.
∎ Notify respected Product In Charges for slow moving Stocks for faster clearing plan.
∎ Ensure Stock accuracy by periodic stock verification.
∎ Ensure regular and proper stock entries in the Ledger and software.
∎ Maintain and comply with the respective departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
∎ Prepare stock reports & face Internal & external Inventory audits.
∎ Manage and maintain store operational works i.e. accurate receipt and issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking, and others store administrative works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having sound knowledge in Ms- Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint.
