Dyeing Machinery, Mechanical
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To install and repair mechanical system of knitted fabrics production machines and equipment.
∎ To diagnoses malfunctioning mechanical systems of knitted fabrics production machines and equipment and replaces damaged or broken parts, using proper tools.
∎ To diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
∎ To perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
∎ To performing equipment inspection, repair, and corrective maintenance as required.
∎ Responsible for taking care of the tools provided by the company for performing the work.
∎ To perform any other operation-related function as directed by immediate supervisor.
∎ To lead the personnel to carry out the job during preventive or corrective maintenance work.
∎ Co-operate maintenance planning engineer for machine break down analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in Knit-Dyeing Machines like Thies, Tubetex, Bianco, Laffer etc.
