Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in implementing standard procedure of Quality Assurance & Control
∎ Attend pre-production meeting for new style regarding the QA Issues.
∎ Daily meeting with quality inspector regarding buyer standard.
∎ Randomly check end table & shell table garments quality and measurement.
∎ Check the layout and worksheet.
∎ Discuss with line operator for identifying the defect process and take action for it.
∎ Ensure SOPs are implemented according to Buyer QA Manual.
∎ Coordinate with APM, Technician, Mechanic & cutting section for repairing the defect.
∎ Co-operate to ensure shipment timely.
∎ Make size set report before pre production.
∎ Prepare measurement report to understand purchase order (PO) sheet, risk level of style report.
∎ Make quality check list style wise for the in-process production.
∎ Work on Self inspection, process quality & thread trimming.
∎ Consult with other departments defects like embroidery, printing, SCT for ensure the 100% quality garments
∎ Responsible for conducting quality audits on the workmanship of respective line that are received.
∎ Record all inspection related findings.
∎ Complete 100% inspection of garments and report findings to his/her superior.
∎ Responsible for other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
