Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support to implement Secondary Education Programme operation at field level.
∎ Visit schools and provide appropriate support to the facilitators.
∎ Support to organize facilitator capacity building orientation, workshop and training.
∎ Provide necessary administrative and documentation support. Specificity in Job Description
∎ Support to implement Secondary Education Programme operation at field level
∎ Supervise school and classroom activities and ensure the required support to respective facilitators as well as the students.
∎ Ensure proper use of video lesson in the classroom to make the lesson effective for the students.
∎ Support to assess students’ learning progress & keep record in a regular basis and ensure all the periodical and special exams.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of classroom, school premises and school toilets.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of co-curricular activities at school.
∎ Ensure IT equipment are fully functional.
∎ Conduct periodic school supervision visit.
∎ Conduct absent student’s home visit.
∎ Provide support to external visitor during their school visit if required.
∎ Communicate with guardian, SMC members, community leaders, local Govt. school teacher and officials.
∎ Support to prepare training schedule and facilitate monthly follow-up training for facilitators.
∎ Support to prepare yearly and monthly activity plan.
∎ Ensure to update all documents in school and prepare reports timely.
∎ Keep liaison with other programme staffs.
∎ Receive all programme materials, store in place and keep record.
∎ Distribute materials as required to respective staff / school / area and keep record.
∎ Support to maintain finance / accounts procedure up to project level and closely work with relevant department.
∎ Perform different jobs as assign by respective supervisor.
∎ At least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferable in Education)
∎ Have sound knowledge on Secondary Education
∎ Strong communication skillØ Physical fitness for regular field visit
∎ Computer skill (MS Excel and Word)
∎ At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
