Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garment Production Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently follow-up, monitor, control, and responsible for cutting & sewing related activities.
∎ Proven capability to understand different fabric specifications & requirements.
∎ Through knowledge of fabric consumption, pattern grading, fabric construction, size set, sewing, finishing etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of the knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ Arrange style-wise pattern and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting & sewing & finishing.
∎ Verify & check the pattern to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Reduce fabric wastage and ensure optimum cutting quality.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean & tidy factory floor.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Proficient in the use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
