Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the case workers on GBV case management skills and design appropriate training topics
∎ Conduct trainings to case workers with pre- and post-test for evaluation
∎ Closely coaching case workers of Community Centre and SSWG.
∎ Support SGBV case management planning for case workers
∎ Closely coaching case workers on GBV case response
∎ Direct intervention to complicated cases
∎ Ensure all cases information be kept in highest confidential
∎ Ensure safety of cases information sharing
∎ Maintain all cases filing in locked system
∎ Directly monitor the quality of work in Community centre and SSWG in weekly basis
∎ Work with SGBV Case Management Coordinator, local authorities, and community leaders to establish a referral pathway for survivors of gender-based violence.
∎ Coordinate closely with other protection/GBV agencies to ensure best practices of GBV response
∎ Report to SGBV Case Management Coordinator on weekly basis Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do
