A project under the Department of Roads and Highways of the Government of Bangladesh: Bangladesh Road Safety Project (BRSP) is being implemented by a reputed organization in a joint effort. If you are interested in contributing to the life-saving public service system through the implementation of this project, then apply for the position of Supervisor (Bystander Care).
Job Nature: Full-time (Project-based).
Duty Station: Hub and Site offices along selected national highways.
Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated rosters of trained volunteers and support real-time mobilization when incidents are reported.

• Coordinate volunteer deployment through the approved chain of supervision and the Call Center.

• Verify on-ground volunteer support and submit field reports on engagement, challenges, and service quality.

• Support refresher training, volunteer communication, and monitoring of digital engagement records.

• Contribute to feedback loops and field-level quality assurance for continuous improvement of the volunteer response system.
