∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Having good knowledge about sugar processing & beverage products.
∎ Must be knowledge on CIP, GMP & HACCP
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be good knowledge about sugar process.
∎ Properly communicate with production manager about generating master production scheduled.
∎ To perform shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring & field operation monitoring etc.
∎ Investigate problems, analysis root cause & define resolution.
∎ Should be knowledge on Hygiene, Sanitation, CIP, FIFO, GMP, HACCAP.
∎ Ensure maintain standard material consumption for all production process & reduce wastage.
∎ Any other work assigned by higher management.
∎ Must be good knowledge about sugar process.
