Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for ensuring targeted production keeping the product quality as set
Monitoring all kinds of equipment very carefully for trouble frees operation
Ensuring safety of manpower & machine
Responsible for reducing wastage of raw materials as well as cement
Interfacing with the different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble free operation
Responsible for raw materials receive and mixing in proper way
Work description should be keep record in shift register.
When any machine stopped due to any abnormal condition, instantly find out that fault and take necessary action
When cement sheet machine or another group machine are stopped they are thoroughly checked for all mechanical equipment’s.
