Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the safe and proper operation of filler machine/ blow mould machine.
∎ Properly Check all lubrication system manually of filler machine/ blow mould machine.
∎ To Keep neat & clean of filler machine/ blow mould machine all the time.
∎ Always try to maximum utilization of man, machine and materials for better productivity.
∎ Record Keeping of all document related to production.
∎ Such as register, record sheet & format fulfill at the time of production.
∎ To be check filling level, filling valve, panel board, chilled water temperature, gripper’s of filler machine on time.
∎ Other maintenance work assigned by superior.
