1. Operate and monitor CO₂ recovery / generation systems, including absorber, scrubber, dryer, compressor, liquefier, and storage tanks.

2. Ensure continuous supply of food-grade CO₂ to CSD production lines.

3. Maintain required pressure, purity, temperature, and flow parameters.

4. Identify abnormalities in CO₂ purity, moisture, pressure drop, or compressor load.

5. Assist in preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance of CO₂ plant equipment.

6. Ensure CO₂ quality meets food-grade standards (odorless, moisture-free, impurity-free).

7. Support CO₂ sampling and testing as per QA requirements.

8. Follow plant safety rules, lockout–tagout (LOTO), and confined space procedures.

9. Ensure safe handling of high-pressure CO₂ systems.

10. Support audits related to ISO, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC.

11. Maintain daily operation logs, pressure records, and maintenance checklists.

12. Record CO₂ consumption, losses, and downtime.
