Responsibilities & Context:
Make inbound calls to prospective students to provide accurate information about study abroad programs and services.
Explain admission procedures, document requirements, and program options clearly and professionally.
Encourage students to visit the office for detailed consultations and to open their student files.
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and support students throughout the application process.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM or tracking system regularly.
Collaborate with the team to achieve student recruitment targets and ensure a positive student experience.
