Responsibilities & Context:
Magura Multiplex PLC
Lead tender/bidding operations and drive business growth through successful contract acquisition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end tender process (Local & international)
Prepare BOQ, costing and competitive pricing
Ensure compliance (PPR-2025, legal docs.)
Handle bid submission, negotiation & contract finalization
Lead team and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
Analyze market trends and improve win rates
