Borak Real Estate Ltd. is seeking a Store Officer to efficiently manage the company’s inventory and ensure proper storage, documentation, and timely distribution of materials. The role is essential for smooth operational support by maintaining accurate stock records, minimizing shortages, and ensuring the availability of required items for various departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and supplies.

• Organize and maintain proper storage and labeling of items in the store.

• Issue materials based on authorized requisitions and keep accurate documentation.

• Monitor stock levels regularly and prepare timely inventory reports.

• Maintain updated and accurate records in both manual and computerized systems.

• Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliations

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of the store premises.

• Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams regarding stock requirements,

• Handle returns, damages, and disposal of expired or obsolete stock as per company policies.

• Take necessary actions once the stock level of items reaches its preset replenishment level

• Perform any other related tasks assigned by management.
