∎ Proficiency in relevant software tools such as auto-cad, MSP, MS Excel, and should have good analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎
∎ 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with senior
∎ management to align organizational objectives and priorities.
∎ 2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Work on the development and management of budgets, including. forecasting future financial needs and resource requirements.
∎ 3. Project Planning: Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned with organizational goals.
∎ 4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the success of plans and projects, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
∎ 5. Data & Delay Analysis: Analyze relevant data & delay, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve the effectiveness of planning processes.
∎ 6. Collaboration: Work closely with different departments and teams to gather input, share information, and ensure a coordinated approach to planning efforts.
∎ 7. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently to support the successful implementation of plans and projects.
∎ 8. Compliance: Ensure that planning activities adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.
∎ 9. Billing Process: Managing the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
∎ 10. Client Communication: Communicate with clients or customers regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and other related matters in a professional and timely manner.
∎ 11. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports.
∎ 12. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits related to billing processes, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
