Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable to handle the project individually.
∎ Work supervision and monitoring as per drawing/instruction of management.
∎ Preparing requisition and bill checking.
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings with respective departments.
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors.
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan and bills.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with the project budget.
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress.
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction work as per schedule.
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the supervisor/head of department or higher authority must be given priority basis.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Project engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. He will schedule, plan, forecast, resources and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
