∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure & establish entire Material receiving activities through Net garments (company software) guidelines Coordinate receiving, quantity, measurement, delivery by priority.
∎ MIS (Margin Intraday Square) on stocks, weekly shortage/requirements, Monthly dead, and slow-moving stocks.
∎ On time availability by arranging goods within timeline as per the requirement of business.
∎ Ensure & establish entire Material Management activities through SAP guidelines
∎ Coordinate receiving, quantity, measurement, delivery date, lead time, lot size and price with SD
∎ Vendor development & develop online order fulfillment system.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, analyzing variances and take initiating corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring smooth operation through timely disbursement of materials.
∎ Able to coordinate with Merchandising, Commercial, Production, QA, PP and other’s related department effectively.
∎ Ensure all warehouse/store stocks are kept in properly assigned shelves with proper labeling.
∎ Follow up the General item and Maintenance item with requisition and received. Submit monthly received issue & in hand status to hire authority.
∎ Must be able to work from the store under the existing store environment.
∎ Every product must be issued against individual requisitions approved by depart heads.
∎ Any task given by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be good in English
∎ Must have knowledge in Excel, word, and PowerPoint
